DataPA to offer prizes for users who create and customise their own reports at Connect 2009

DataPA is to offer more prizes for MFG/Pro User Group attendees at Connect 2009 in Daventry who try their hand at real-time, self-service Business Intelligence using DataPA to report off a Progress-based system, the same technology as MFG/Pro.

Uniquely, DataPA makes easy work of creating Business Intelligence (BI) reports and queries in real-time within existing MFG/Pro systems. And for any attendees would like to see and try this for themselves, DataPA is offering the chance for attendees to create their very own real-time Business Intelligence reports and queries, within minutes, on their exhibition stand.

Two further prizes of highly acclaimed Scottish, single malts are being offered to attendees who publish the best reports in DataPA’s Connect 2009 online gallery.

Attendees who have already taken part in DataPA’s Real-time, Stock Trader Game at the Connect 2009 event are being urged to take part in this and turn their portfolio information within minutes into for example, a real-time drill down report that compares their price history with another company.

DataPA team will similarly be on hand to talk with attendees and help attendees understand how they could create those specific MFG/Pro-specific reports that they have always wanted.

The prize winners for the best reports published in the online gallery will be announced following the final Q&A session at Connect 2009. DataPA is also offering the chance to win an Nintendo Wii by taking part in their Real-time Stock Trader Game that will run over the course of the Connect 2009 in Daventry.
