To continue and run the Query click on 'Next >'.  If the Query requires you to enter condition values you will advance to the Run Query - Enter Condition Value screen, otherwise you will advance to the Run Query - Run Query screen.

If at any time you choose not to run the Query click on 'Cancel'.

Click on the 'Skip this screen in the future' check box if you do not wish this screen to be displayed again.
